Welcome to Casa Floriana, situated in a quiet area, near the Sarca river, 10 minutes from the Lake Garda, the beach, and the town center of Torbole.
Casa Floriana offers spacious ground-floor apartments, either three-room or two-room, newly built and furnished with great care.
They are equipped with every comfort, including a washing machine, satellite TV, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, safe, German-style coffee machine, independent heating, and air conditioning. Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request.
Guests can enjoy a large garden with comfortable sun loungers, a private enclosed parking lot (1 parking space per apartment), and a storage room for sports equipment equipped for bicycle repairs.
Small dogs are accepted upon request.

General conditions
Reservation: Bookings are made via email.
To confirm the reservation, a deposit is required via bank transfer. The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival when collecting the keys. We don’t accept credit cards!
In low season we also rent for shorter stays (min. 3 nights)
Included services: Electricity, water, and gas consumption; storage for bikes/surfboards; parking (1 car per apartment); washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, Wi-Fi; satellite TV; use of the garden, bed linens.
Check-in: not before 2 p.m.
Check-out: before 9 a.m.
Extra services for a fee:
- Heating (on request): €10.00 per day
- Bed linen change: €5.00 per person
- Towel set (3 pieces): €5.00 per person
- Final cleaning: €60.00 (with dog: €70.00)
Tourist tax not included: €1.00 per person/night for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights (children under 14 years of age are exempt).
Dogs: small dogs accepted on request
Baby cots and high chairs: Available free of charge upon request (subject to availability).
